We are regularly running groups around the specific areas people need support with.
Our next group will focus on anxiety, it will be happening in the autumn and will be co-facilitated by two experienced psychologists.
If you are finding that anxiety is dominating your life and limiting your opportunities, then do come along and learn the tools you need to free yourself up.
Groups can sound quite intimidating but learning from each other can be really powerful. We always make sure that our groups are small so that we can create a safe and comfortable space for sharing and listening.
